DriveMe owns no vehicles at launch, and that is the design - a professional drives the car you already have, which is precisely what lets Phase 1 begin without fleet financing. A small premium fleet comes later: two to three vehicles, acquired only once Phase 1 is generating consistent revenue, opening the chauffeur and rental tiers.

Why I'm building DriveMe.

“

I kept running into the same evening in Helsinki. Dinner runs long, the weather turns, a glass of wine is poured - and a car you rely on becomes something to recover tomorrow morning. Every app in this city solves the passenger's journey. None of them solve the car's.

So DriveMe starts deliberately narrow: one service, one city, licensed professional drivers who come to you and drive your own vehicle home. The chauffeur and rental tiers will open only once that first promise is being kept consistently. I would rather earn the second product than announce it.

If you are an early customer, a driver who takes the work seriously, or a venue that sends people home at midnight - I want to hear from you before we launch.
