We go through the vehicle details and confirm the driver, the time and a fixed price. A request is not yet a confirmation.
The driver collects your car
We photograph condition, mileage and fuel or charge level. You do not need to travel with it.
Delivered, or back home
Every handover is recorded, and you hear when the car is delivered or returned.
A clear price before the drive
You see an indicative price immediately and we confirm a fixed DriveMe fee before the drive. Provider charges, such as the inspection or the service itself, are paid directly to the provider.

How we protect your car and your data
We document every collection and handover with timestamped photos, record mileage and fuel or charge level, and state plainly what our insurance and licensing position currently covers.

Frequently asked
Do I need an appointment?
Yes for inspection, workshop, glass, body shop and recall work. For a wash or tyres, only if the provider does not accept walk-ins; queue time may be charged.
Who pays the provider?
The customer pays directly. The DriveMe fee covers only the confirmed DriveMe service.
Can the driver approve repairs?
No. The provider must contact the customer for all approvals.
What if the car cannot be driven?
DriveMe refuses or pauses the job, and the customer arranges towing or legal transport.
How is condition documented?
Timestamped pickup and delivery photos plus mileage and fuel or charge level.
