What we document
Every transfer leaves evidence: timestamped photos at collection and handover, the odometer and the fuel or charge level, and a record of who received the car and when. We state plainly what the insurance and licensing position currently covers.

Frequently asked
Do I need an appointment?
Yes for inspection, workshop, glass, body shop and recall work. For a wash or tyres, only if the provider does not accept walk-ins; queue time may be charged.
Who pays the provider?
The customer pays directly. The DriveMe fee covers only the confirmed DriveMe service.
Can the driver approve repairs?
No. The provider must contact the customer for all approvals.
What if the car cannot be driven?
DriveMe refuses or pauses the job, and the customer arranges towing or legal transport.
How is condition documented?
Timestamped pickup and delivery photos plus mileage and fuel or charge level.
