Service transfer — collection and return
DriveMe collects a roadworthy car from the agreed address, takes it to the service point you choose and returns it as agreed. It suits company fleets, workshop customers and private owners alike.
You do not need to travel with the car. The driver takes it to the destination and carries no passengers.

Customer responsibilities
- Book and confirm the service, inspection or other appointment before the driver sets off

- The service, repair, inspection, tyre or wash work itself
- Approving additional work on the customer’s behalf
- Extending the waiting allowance free of charge when the provider runs late
Responsibility boundary
DriveMe is responsible for the transfer, the documentation and the agreed schedule. The booking, the content of the work and paying for it stay between the customer and the provider. The driver approves no extra work.
Vehicle eligibility and refusal rules
- Valid registration, insurance and legally required inspection.
- Correct seasonal tyres and safe tyre condition.
- Sufficient fuel or battery to complete the planned route plus reasonable reserve.
- No active driving ban, unsafe damage, serious fluid leak or critical warning.
- Normal controls compatible with the assigned driver’s licence and disclosed competence.
- Keys and any wheel-lock key provided as needed.
A driver will not drive a vehicle that appears unsafe, illegal or materially different from the booking information. We document the situation, pause the job, and the customer arranges towing or another legal transport method. Only the base fee and incurred time stated in the terms are charged.
Price
Service transfer: from 149 €, VAT included. A typical job in the capital region is 149–199 €, depending on route, timing and waiting. The final price depends on the route, the timing and any waiting, so we confirm a fixed DriveMe fee in the quote before the drive. The provider’s own charge, such as the inspection or the service, is paid directly to the provider.

Does the appointment have to be booked in advance?
Yes. You book the service, inspection or other appointment and tell us the provider, the time and any booking reference.
Which services does this cover?
A transfer can be agreed to a service, an inspection, a tyre change, a wash, glass repair or any other booked car service. DriveMe does the driving; your chosen provider does the work.
What happens if the workshop runs late?
The return is dispatched as a separate drive once the provider confirms the car is ready. Time the car spends at the provider without a driver is not driver waiting and is not charged as such.
What is the difference between waiting and a later return?
With wait-and-return the driver stays for the agreed waiting allowance and brings the car straight back. With a later return the driver leaves and comes back when the car is ready; two drives carry their own price.
