Keep your appointment and keep your day. DriveMe handles the vehicle handovers while you deal directly with your chosen workshop.
You do not need to travel with the car. The driver takes it to the destination and carries no passengers.
How it runs
You book the appointment and agree the work order with the workshop.
We collect the car from home or work and document its condition.
We deliver it to the named workshop and record the receiver or key-drop handover.
When the workshop confirms the car is ready, we collect it and return it to the agreed address.

Responsibility boundary
The customer books the appointment, approves the work and pays the workshop directly. DriveMe is responsible for the agreed collection, driving, delivery and handover service.
Vehicle eligibility and refusal rules
- Valid registration, insurance and legally required inspection.
- Correct seasonal tyres and safe tyre condition.
- Sufficient fuel or battery to complete the planned route plus reasonable reserve.
- No active driving ban, unsafe damage, serious fluid leak or critical warning.
- Normal controls compatible with the assigned driver’s licence and disclosed competence.
- Keys and any wheel-lock key provided as needed.
A driver will not drive a vehicle that appears unsafe, illegal or materially different from the booking information. We document the situation, pause the job, and the customer arranges towing or another legal transport method. Only the base fee and incurred time stated in the terms are charged.
Price
Workshop run: from 149 €, VAT included. A typical job in the capital region is 149–199 €, depending on route, timing and waiting. You see an indicative price on the request form immediately, and we confirm a fixed DriveMe fee before the driver is sent. The provider’s own charge, such as the inspection or the service, is paid directly to the provider.
Frequently asked
Can the driver approve repairs?
No. The driver states that they are delivering on the customer’s behalf and has no authority to approve work. The workshop contacts you directly for every approval.
Can I order only one direction?
Yes. Choose delivery only, collection only, same-day return, or return on a later date.
What if the service takes longer than expected?
You decide: we move the return to later, wait under the chargeable waiting rule, or reschedule. Workshop time is not billed when the driver has left.
How are keys handed over if the workshop is closed?
We use the workshop’s approved key drop or a named receiver, and always record the time, place and method.
