How it runs
Tell us the route, the date, the number of passengers and whether you need a return journey.
We confirm the driver and a fixed price before the trip.
The driver arrives at the agreed time and drives your own car.
The journey ends at the agreed address, and the car and keys stay with you.

Customer responsibilities
- Provide a legal, insured and roadworthy vehicle
- Make sure there is a seat belt for every passenger and child seats where needed
- Tell us the amount of luggage and any special controls
- Pay fuel, charging, tolls and parking unless the quote says otherwise

- Taxi-style rides without a booking in advance
- Transporting an unaccompanied child
- Medical or assisted transport
- Driving an unsafe or driving-banned vehicle
Responsibility boundary
DriveMe is responsible for the driver and the agreed journey. Vehicle eligibility, insurance and passenger safety equipment are the customer’s responsibility.
Vehicle eligibility and refusal rules
- Valid registration, insurance and legally required inspection.
- Correct seasonal tyres and safe tyre condition.
- Sufficient fuel or battery to complete the planned route plus reasonable reserve.
- No active driving ban, unsafe damage, serious fluid leak or critical warning.
- Normal controls compatible with the assigned driver’s licence and disclosed competence.
- Keys and any wheel-lock key provided as needed.
A driver will not drive a vehicle that appears unsafe, illegal or materially different from the booking information. We document the situation, pause the job, and the customer arranges towing or another legal transport method. Only the base fee and incurred time stated in the terms are charged.
Price
A driver for your journey: a fixed quote. The price comes from the route, the duration, the number of passengers and the driver's return leg, and we confirm it before the trip. Fuel, charging, tolls and parking are stated separately in the quote.

Whose car is the journey driven in?
Yours. The driver comes to you and drives your own car, so your luggage and child seats are already in place and nobody changes vehicle.
How long can the journeys be?
From a short airport run to long trips, for example to Turku, Tampere or Lapland. The price comes from the route, the duration and any return journey.
Can several people travel?
Yes, up to your car’s registered seating and seat belts. Tell us the number of passengers in the request.
How is the return journey priced?
Say in the request whether you need a return. On a one-way journey the driver’s return leg is itemised in the quote, so you can see what you are paying for.
When is the price binding?
Once we have confirmed the driver, the schedule and the fixed price. Sending the request does not yet bind either side.
